With nearly a decade of experience advising high-net-worth families, entrepreneurs, and professionals, Mitchell combines strategic thinking with deep personal engagement to help clients simplify complexity and build lives of freedom and purpose.

Prior to founding Osprey, he served as Vice President and Portfolio Manager at Merrill Lynch and held advisory roles at Morgan Stanley. His practice focused on multigenerational planning, investment strategy, and navigating the intersections of tax, estate, and legacy.

Mitchell holds the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ designation, Series 7 and 66 licenses, and earned his degree from the University of Colorado. He lives in Costa Mesa with his wife, Carlie, and their Corgi, Monty. When he’s not advising clients, he’s usually in the ocean, on the court, or chasing something meaningful.
